About Manchester DAB

The licensed small-scale DAB multiplex operator for Manchester and Salford.

Ofcom awarded us our multiplex operator's licence in May 2022. We're live on Block 7D, carrying a wide range of radio services across the city region.

We're independent, and we focus on fair, open and proportionate access to digital broadcasting for local, community and specialist radio.

Who we carry

• Community radio: Ofcom-licensed community services, hospital radio and student stations serving Manchester and Salford.
• Commercial radio: licensed commercial and local DSP services reaching digital audiences across the city region.
• Specialist and online: streaming, specialist and C-DSP services finding a new audience on DAB+.
